Huang Zhuzhen is a PRC lawyer and Deputy Director of the Capital Markets Department at Guangdong Guohui Law Firm. She has practised at the firm since December 2015.
Her work combines transaction support, regulatory analysis and dispute awareness, helping domestic and international clients address China-related legal and commercial issues.
